FLAVOURS

All of my cakes are finished with a layer of silky white chocolate ganache to achieve that sharp edge. A luxurious finish to every cake - it also means your cake can be the centrepiece of your special occasion and will happily sit out on display for hours for maximum enjoyment! (Before the eating part!)

Flavour Options:
Victoria Sponge - Traditional vanilla sponge cake with a buttercream and strawberry jam filling (A firm favourite with all my customers)
Chocolate - Delicious chocolate sponge cake with a rich chocolate buttercream 
Caramel - Sweet salted caramel sponge cake with a caramel buttercream 
Chocolate and Caramel - A combination of the above two flavours; just let me know which way round you'd like the sponge and buttercream flavours
Chocolate Orange - A family favourite, a chocolate orange sponge teamed with chocolate orange buttercream. A slight twist on my chocolate cake! 
Chocolate Mint - As above, but minty! 
Raspberry - This pink sponge is a personal favourite, a fruity raspberry flavour sponge with vanilla buttercream filling 
Lemon - A luscious lemon cake with lemon buttercream and a layer of lemon curd. A very popular flavour!
Coffee - A very underrated flavour in my opinion, gorgeous coffee sponge with a coffee buttercream filling

Premium Flavours:
Red Velvet - Rich red velvet sponge cake with a vanilla buttercream filling - another personal favourite! (+£5)
Biscoff - Biscoff sponge with vanilla buttercream and a layer of Biscoff spread (+£5)
Nutella - Chocolate sponge cake with a filling of Nutella buttercream and a layer of yummy Nutella (+£5)
Bueno - Bueno sponge cake with Bueno buttercream (+£5)
Rainbow - Layers of coloured vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream filling (+£10)
