Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is due to secure your booking. The amount depends on the style and size of cake ordered and will be confirmed upon initial enquiry. Once the deposit amount is confirmed, you have 48 hours to pay the deposit. If you do not pay the required deposit, the order will not be placed or fulfilled. Should you wish to change your order date, the deposit can be transferred where there is availability. 

Payment

When a confirmed order is placed, the remaining amount must be paid by 7 calendar days prior to collection. This date will be confirmed when the order is placed. Should the full amount not be received at 7 calendar days prior, the order will be cancelled and the deposit will not be refunded.

Collection

Collection of your order is to be organised upon payment of the full amount. A late collection fee is applicable once 15 minutes has elapsed after the collection time. Once you collect your order from Perfectly Plum Cakes, you accept you are happy with the item and it cannot be modified. The order is your responsibility once collected, Perfectly Plum Cakes does not assume responsibility for orders that have left the premises.

Weddings

Delivery of wedding cakes can be organised at an additional cost, this includes if a cake requires additional decoration on-site at the wedding venue - e.g. if florals need to be placed on the cake once it is on display at the wedding venue.
